Naidoc 2018 apparel licensed to Lifewear Australia

How exciting is this.

Exciting news for organisations and Councils to fit out personnel in advance of NAIDOC 2018, with the recent launch of Lifewear's Indigenous artist commission designs. Western Sydney Artist Geoff Sellman has painted "Her Opal Spirits" for this years NAIDOC theme, licensed by Copyright Agency.

Geoff is collaborating with social enterprise The Social Canvas, that is developing business opportunities for indigenous artists at the intersection of design, heritage and urban culture in the greater Parramatta region.

Geoff is an emerging mature-age artist and has been awarded Mil-Pra AECG, Ngalga and Blacktown City Aboriginal Art prizes in recent years. 150 of his NAIDOC flags adorned the streets of Liverpool City Council in 2017 and planned to again in 2018.

Simon Alexander Cook from The Social Canvas said the Lifewear NAIDOC 2018 range is a "very special outcome and we are working on further fabulous collaborations".
