Simon in trained in Interior Design (SCA), Bush Regeneration and Ceramics (WSI) and has worked with various architects and clients. Simon has produced innovative installations at UWS Sculpture Award 2010-12; Sculpture at ScenicWorld 2014-15; Parramatta Laneways; Hidden-Rookwood Necropolis; Casula Powerhouse; Auburn Peacock Gallery-Anzac100 exhibit; Fishers Ghost; NorthSydney Art Prize; Mosman Art Gallery; Remo City Venture; Melbourne Fringe.
Simon has been awarded Artist with Industrial possibilities (Melb Fringe 90); exhibited in Talentborse Munich 1991; Australia Council Industry development; Museum of Design (Canberra 2012); Insitu13 (Mosman Art Gallery); UWS2010 Sculpture Award Peoples Choice; SoTG; Acquisitions by NT Art Gallery, Australian Embassy Berlin, and WSI TAFE Student Collection, and finalist selection in Sculpture by the Sea and Lorne Biennale.
